The Gold Medal Swim Club (GMSC) is a coach owned team established in Moscow, Idaho in 2004 by Tom and Becky Jager. The Gold Medal Swim Club is a club member of United States Swimming (USA-S) serving the Moscow/Pullman area with a rich swimming heritage. GMSC is supported by a non-profit, volunteer booster club.

The age group swimming program of USA-S is America’s largest program of guided fitness activity for a child that provides progressive levels of athletic competition. Through annual club, athlete, and individual non-athlete fees, USA-S provides insurance, communication, development, and training programs as well as club and team development services. Clubs joining USA-S have liability insurance coverage for approved insured activities for swimmer (athlete) and parent, coach, and official (non-athlete) members. We are one of 25 teams in the Local Swimming Committee (LSC) called Inland Empire Swimming (IES). IES includes teams from Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho and manages LSC operations and competitions between teams. Our LSC belongs to the Western Zone that includes LSC’s and their teams from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, and Utah.
