The
Fastest Swimmer on the Palouse sprint
race is one of the first events of this type in the Nation. The
distance is 25 yards (the length of one lane). The registration
is open to anyone. These two criteria make this event one of the
most inclusive swim events ever. The goals of this event are:
- to promote swimming as a sport and a recreation activity,
- to expose local swimming organizations
- to improve awareness for the Special
Olympics
All generated revenues will be donated to the Special Olympics.

show including an Olympic Champion,
